Description:
Rhythm Sanctuary Dance Ritual Traditionally and around the globe, dance rituals have been central and essential for all communities. Dancing together in a ritual space allows for individual and collective healing. It provides a space to connect with and honor our ancestral spirits. Rhythm Sanctuary dances are participatory, free-form and non-dogmatic rituals offered every week to help us connect with ourselves, each other and the planet. Together we dance, as our ancestors have always done, so that we may heal, inspire, express and transform in a safe and sacred container. Committed to offering live soundscape artists every week, Rhythm Sanctuary's music weaves worldy sounds with modern rhythms, creating a space to move and be moved. We invite you to explore and move in our supportive and sacred community. No experience is necessary - this is not a class. We honor people of all ages and from all walks of life. Please arrive on time to honor the gathered community.
Short Description: Where current culture meets ancient wisdom through the practice of ecstatic dance and world music.
