Come celebrate Mardi Gras and dance to the best Zydeco this side of Louisiana with JoJo Reed and his band! In keeping with the spirit of Mardi Gras, this is also a fundraiser for KGNU! Zydeco Dance lesson at 7PM by Boulder Zydeco Dance.

Starting February 15th every 1st & 3rd Wednesday at AVALON Ballroom from 7 pm till 9:30 pm. Join us for an evening of prayer, dance, fun and uplifting music in a sacred environment. Connect with your joy, playfulness and others. We start with a short meditation, guided warm up and dance movements. The music is uplifting and inspiring to a joyful and playful dance. It is a mix of world music and electronic house music. We start and end with slow harmonious music to warm up and cool down.

VAC Membership

We invite you to consider an individual membership in the Village Arts Coalition (VAC).   Members receive the STOMP! publication six times a year, may vote in VAC elections, and participate in many aspects of the coalition's projects.  Membership rates are $10 for an individual, $15 for a couple, and $25 for a group membership.

If you have a participatory or performing group, we would love for you to join the VAC and list your events here on our website/portal! You will help make this become a comprehensive directory of all folk arts, music and dance activities in the area.  For info about joining, please see the membership page.
